Come join us for 2 restorative nights in the iconic Snowy Mountains for our Yoga, Breath + Ice Retreat which starts on Friday 16th May 2025. 

This retreat will centre around RECONNECTION with self using breath and the mindful movement of yoga. 

Join us for a deeply restorative retreat that includes Yoga, Cacao, Breathwork and  Cold water Immersion where the mountain air will be fresh, the weather will be divine and the Chai Tea will be simmering on the stovetop.

Staying in the alpine town of Jindabyne at The Jindy Inn, the region is both healing and beautiful,  cradled in one of the most scenic, soulful and inspiring corners of NSW - The Snowy Mountains. 

This retreat is designed to help you release stress, tension, and anxiety through yoga classes along with guided breathwork, and guided cold water immersion sessions all within a safe and supportive space.

Our Yoga, Breath and Ice Mountain Retreat includes two nights accommodation, breakfast each morning, 2 yoga classes, a 2.5 hour yoga workshop, 4 breathwork sessions, 1 ice bath session and a ceremonial hot cacao.  Yoga classes are led by Certified Yoga Teacher and host Claire Charters  and breathwork/ice bath is led by Karin Slater who is a Certified Master Breathwork Facilitator Karin Slater. 

This retreat is specially designed for all levels and experience - and beginners are welcome. 

Ceremonial Cacao

Beginning with a heart-opening ceremonial cacao.  Ceremonial cacao has been used for thousands of years, and is used in sacred ceremonies to assist in opening the heart and mind, beautifully complimenting breathwork . 


Breathwork

Breathwork session is guided , where you will explore different techniques of using the breath. Breathwork has the power to shift emotions, offer deep relaxation , better sleep and wellbeing.


Cold Water Immersion

Cold water immersion is supervised by trained facilitators, allowing you to strengthen resilience, better mental clarity and reduce inflammation, and feel amazing. View benefits of cold water immersion here >>>


YIN Yoga

Yin is a slower paced yoga that focuses on deeper stretching and opening by holding poses for a longer duration. The goal of the practice is to ground into the body using the breath and movement - which in turn will calm the mind and body and allow you to soften into presence and a sacred state of being.

 

2.5-Hour Yoga Workshop: Energetic Healing through Breath, Movement & Awareness

A deeply immersive 2.5-hour yoga journey designed to awaken and harmonise your entire being—physical, mental, emotional, energetic, and soul. Through a combination of breathwork (pranayama), conscious movement, and subtle energy practices, we'll explore the vital flow of prana through the chakras and nadis.

This workshop is a portal into energetic healing—where grounding into the physical body becomes the key to unlocking deeper layers of self. As we move with intention and breathe with awareness, we begin to clear energetic blockages, restore inner balance, and return to a natural state of wholeness.

By honouring and working with the physical body, we organically align all aspects of ourselves, bringing unity and clarity to our inner and outer world.

 

Our Snowy Mountains Yoga and Wellness Retreat truly is the holy trinity of complete wellness gifting you with healing, energy, positivity and self-empowerment. Over the course of the retreat the yoga, breathwork and ice immersion will:

The retreat is $644 for two nights. All rooms are king beds. First bookings will be allocated Superior Rooms as an early bird incentive.


 Price Includes:

  • All accommodation for 2 nights
  • 2 Breakfasts - eggs, hot porridge, fresh fruit, toast, cereal, tea, coffee
  • 2 x 90 minute afternoon YIN/Restorative style yoga class 
  • 1 x 2.5 hour yoga workshop/class focusing on energetic healing, breathwork, prana, chakras and nadi's - discovering how  grounding into the physical body using breath and movement is the portal that opens up healing in the mental body, emotional body, energetic body and soul body. When we work with our physical body we naturally heal and align all our bodies back into unity/wholeness.
