Inner peace, contentment, relaxation and calm within can feel impossible when the mind is racing. By focusing on the sensations of the body you will pull your thoughts from your mind and bring yourself back into the  present moment.

Our minds are not separate from our bodies. When our mind is tense and stressed, our bodies become tense and stressed. But when we let our bodies relax, our mind also becomes relaxed.

A body scan meditation is a great tool to use for falling asleep, reducing stress, calming anxiety, releasing tension, inducing feelings of inner peace - positivity and can be used as a daily wellness tool to keep your mind and body balanced and healthy.
