Cosy up in your bed and drift off to a deep and nourishing sleep as you listen to the sounds of rain. 

Research has been showing that the sound of rain is a calming and soothing remedy for troubled sleepers. Rainfall noises help lull the brain into falling asleep, block outside noises, and frequently induce a more meditative state that brings on relaxation and deep sleep.
