Tune in. Breathe. Let the journey begin to reconnect with your inner state of calm.

Be kind to your mind and body. Take a few quiet moments each day to slow down, breathe and check-in with yourself.  With all the distractions, stress and noise of the modern world, it is becoming ever increasingly hard these days to feel a sense of calm, peace and serene within unless we make a mindful choice to create calm habits within our daily life.

Our meditations are nourishment for the mind, body and spirit; inviting you to slow down, discover and connect with a deeper meaning of the world around you. Every Sunday a new meditation is released where there are plenty of tracks to help you find your happy from meditations, sleep stories, mindful exercises and soundscapes.

Goodnight Sugarloaf Bush Babies: A Childrens Sleep Story

Goodnight Sugarloaf Bush Babies: A Childrens Sleep Story

One of my personal goals for 2021 is that I want to become lighter and breezier within, and to complement this goal I figured that trying to live a little more child-like is something I should work at mastering. Some days I succeed at it,  but other days when stress and overwhelm creep in, I don’t do too well at being childlike and I let my adult seriousness take over.

However, in life it is pretty darn hard to do things perfect and to be perfect. But I believe as long as you have the self-awareness to bring your attention back to the thing you are trying to master, then eventually you will master that skill or at the very least become better at it.

So, in my attempt to live more child-like I wrote a children’s story. Oh, and if I am completely honest, it was so much fun. It is far from perfect - but that is ok. If it is something you also would like to try, then I really urge you to give it a go.

In todays post you will find my Children’s Sleep Story that I wrote [hopefully first of many],  inspired by my home and the animals that share it with me. The story is called “Goodnight Sugarloaf Bush Babies”.

I hope you enjoy:)
